Cindy Kent is an experienced healthcare executive known for her transformational and visionary leadership. Most recently, she was President & General Manager of the 3M Infection Prevention Division—a $1.7B+ global business with operations in over sixty countries worldwide. Before 3M, Cindy held executive and roles of successive responsibility at Medtronic and Eli Lilly and Company. She is a sought-after public speaker who is deeply committed to corporate and civic leadership. She is a passionate mentor and advocate for promoting women in STEM careers. Cindy has an undergraduate degree in engineering from Northwestern University and dual master’s degrees in marketing and divinity from Vanderbilt University. Cindy sits on the board and advices several NGOs. She is a member of the C200, the Executive Leadership Council, The Links Incorporated and Delta Sigma Theta. She is a 2007 German Marshall Fellow, as well as a 2013 Henry Crown Fellow at the Aspen Institute.
